Wonderlust Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a piece is broken, parts are missing, or there is a manufacturer defect.

If you have a received an item with a defect or flaw, please send your order number, the product name/SKU, and a detailed description of the issue and/or photos to info@gowonderlust.com within 30 days for your Return Authorization.

Occasionally, manufacturers will have a requirement to receive defective items back. In the event an item needs to be sent in, we will notify you and ask that you include the following in your return package:

  • The packing slip
  • A note telling us what the problem is
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item
  • If you do not include the note, you may not be refunded!

    Unfortunately, we do not send replacement items for issues with Customs and we are not responsible for any order seized by Customs.
